What is the surf and the weather like?
When is the best time to come?

The Moroccan coastline has been blessed with a perfectly located coastline with a lot of variety of surf spots which guarantees surf all year around. It really picks up during autumn and much more in the winter. The sun shines for almost 300 days a year on average and the temperature during summer is pretty hot averaging around 27 celsius - with some days even going above 36. The water is also warmer, so a thin wetsuit is all you need or just a lycra top and boardshorts if you’re nuts. In winter, the average temperature is around 20 Celsius, so still not cold. It gets chillier in the mornings and evenings and the water is colder, so a wetsuit is a must, unless you’re super nuts.

Please note that our house is mostly fully booked all year round. So make your booking in time to guarantee a room with us.

Can I use my phone and is there any internet available?

You can use it if you have roaming. Otherwise, you can buy a local simcard for about 30 Dirham at any shop in the area. There is wifi available for you to use at the house.

What about TAP WATER in the area?

Moroccan tap water can be a bit problematic if you are not used to it, although there is many shops in the area, we suggest all our guests to bring their containers, can be as cheap as 1euro for 5L.
